Join us this summer for an intimate and rustic dining experience with friends, family, and other locals as we host a series of farm to table dinners.

A featured local chef will curate a delicious five course meal showcasing the delectable seasonal ingredients harvested directly from the farm.

Event Details

ARRIVE AT 5:30 PM
Head over to the farm located at

‍23215 S. 104th Ave. Frankfort, IL 60423.
‍
Park in the driveway and proceed to the event tent. Get settled & mingle with other guests while enjoying drinks and an appetizer course.
‍

FARM TOUR at 6:15 PM
Farmer Trevor will take you down to the farm and explain the regenerative farming practices we use and what that means for your food. Take this time to pick and arrange your own flower bouquet! Vases will be provided.
‍

DINNER at 7:00 PM
Dinner will be held under a canopy of trees & twinkling lights. Seating is communal at our long open table. Four courses are served family style.

THE NIGHT ISN'T OVER
After everyone's had their fill, sit and relax around the fire with old friends and new acquaintances.

Event Terms of Purchase

Eligibility
Participants must be 21 years of age to attend.

Weather
All events proceed rain or shine. In the event of rain, Track Farms will arrange for shelter for the table. We will continue with the farm tour if possible and recommend proper attire.  Only under extreme weather circumstances will a guest be entitled to a refund or additional financial accommodations due to poor weather conditions.

Refunds and Cancellation
Due to the nature of the events, no refunds or credits will be given if the guest is unable to attend. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else. Please contact us at customerservice@track-farms.com with the new guest’s information at least 24 hours prior to the event, or tell the guests using your reservation to give your name at arrival.
In the case of an event being postponed due to circumstances beyond Track Farm’s control, we will reschedule said event and all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled future event date.

Dietary Restrictions
Due to the family style nature of our meals and in order to uphold the best experience for our guests we can only guarantee accommodations for vegetarian requests. Please inquire prior to purchasing a ticket if you require any other dietary restrictions.

Attire
Events take place on natural terrain so please wear proper attire and appropriate shoes. A jacket and/or blanket is recommended if it is forecast to get cold in the evening.

Personal Items
We are not liable for lost or stolen property of our guests.
